Learning and feedback

If FAQ Bot can't figure out the right answer (especially if there are multiple similar questions) it presents possible questions to the user. Their choice is then used as feedback to train the bot, so future users get the best answer.

The user is regularly prompted for like/dislike feedback. This data is stored and can be analysed to improve the questions.
