Style a chatbot to match your brand – in minutes

You want your chatbot to look good, fit seamlessly into your website, and use your existing brand colours. With FAQ Bot’s new Bot Styles feature that’s all now even easier than ever – no code, designer or web developer required.

As Hayden shows in this video, it’s super-easy to add an avatar for your chat widget, and customise all the colours to make your bot appear just so.


Step one: customise the colours of your chatbot

Most organisations already have brand colours that can be incorporated into your chatbot widget. Or start with one of our preset colour schemes.

Step two: add an avatar that conveys your bot’s identity and personality

You can always just start with your logo to get up and running fast. Or ask our design team to help design or animate your avatar.





We also run chatbot design workshops to help you develop your bot’s identity and personality.

Step three: select the position on the page

Your bot can be positioned on the left or right. Check you like how things look using our style preview bot, and if everything looks good, publish your new look bot.
