Welcome engagements

Welcome engagements appear when a user starts chatting to your FAQ Bot.

Typically, welcome engagements are used for greetings, and provide an introduction to what your FAQ Bot can do.

Welcome engagements can also be context specific - so if your customer opens your bot on your booking page, you can greet them with a message and suggested actions that relate to booking.
